Overview
Funded projects will include creative arts projects that give community organisations the opportunity to develop small scale, new or innovative inclusive projects that will make a difference at local level.
Current fund priorities include projects that:
- Are run by and for men
- Are run by and for young mothers
- Are for children
- Promote the inclusion of new immigrant communities including multi-cultural events
In addition, community arts work being undertaken in areas of high disadvantage will be given priority. Only small scale projects will be considered – this grant is not intended to form a small part of a larger project.
Note: small grass roots groups will normally be prioritized over charities or organisations with high income and/or high financial reserves.
