Overview

The Creator Awards are intended to acknowledge and empower those who exemplify the WeWork mantra: “Create Your Life’s Work”.

Eligibility

Run in different regions of the world, this competition is open to entrepreneurs, performers, startups, and nonprofits from their designated regions. Those in the UK and Ireland are eligible to apply for the London Creator Awards.

Award Categories

The Awards are open to both WeWork members and companies outside of the WeWork network. Applicants are invited to submit entries in one of four categories:

  • The Nonprofit Award: for charitable organisations big and small ($18k – $72k awarded)
  • The Business Venture Award: for startups, entrepreneurs or established enterprises with a plan to take things further ($72k - $360k awarded)
  • The Performing Arts Award: for entertainers and groups with a unique point of view ($18k – $72k awarded)

Prizes

Creator Awards prizes vary depending on what type of company you are. Certified nonprofits and performance artists will receive cash prizes, while entrepreneurs, startups, and other for-profit companies will receive a Simple Agreement for Future Equity structure Investment.
