This new programme is specifically designed to enable individuals to develop their own capabilities and organisational impact. The outcome being purpose-driven leaders who will deliver on social, environmental and community value.

The programme offers:

• 4 x University Days                              
• 2 x Leadership Summits                    
• Roadmapping & Networking
• World-Class Guest Speakers

Programme outline:

• Programme commences on the 20th October at ICC Belfast.
• Module 1: 19th November
• Module 2: 21st January
• Leadership SuMMit: 27th February
• Module 3: 25th March
• Module 4: 22nd April
• Programme concludes with a formal recognition event in May 2026.

Applicants should have a desire to create positive change. Applications are welcomed from individuals as well as those within existing community organisations, social enterprises, charities or private sector organisations who are trying to deliver social value.
