Overview

Another of the Sainsbury Family's very pro-active trusts which makes few grants every year.

Grants are made to projects initiated by the trustees, or jointly by the trustees and the beneficiary, and to other projects which the trustees proactively seek out. They concentrate on supporting a small number of projects over the long term, usually under the categories of the built environment, child development, social policy and art.
