Overview

The aim of the programme is to generate collaborative leaders who will guide their organisations and the sector through the social challenges of the 21st century to create a positive and lasting impact. The Programme invests in the development of Fellows to become tomorrow’s leaders.

For social leaders with 3-6 years experience wanting to take on their next challenge and make a real difference within the sector. During this intensive six-month programme you’ll build your leadership capabilities and connect with other social leaders and level up your leadership.

What to expect

  • The 6 month programme requires approximately 20-22 days of commitment (this equates to around 1 day a week)
  • Participants will need to be released from their role for a small period of time, such a residentials and job placements, but the majority can be undertaken outside of working hours
  • Max 24 participants per cohort
  • Awarded the Clore Social Leadership Fellowship upon completion of programme
  • Access to peer networks of social leaders through the Clore Social community
