In the table attached list the actions that you and your partner organisations need to undertake to develop or improve your approach to tendering.
Use it to list the necessary actions to be taken, the timeline they will be completed within, and who in your organisation(s) will take responsibility for each of the actions identified.
To help you identify the actions you need to take, CollaborationNI has created a tender readiness questionnaire entitled, Are You Ready to Tender? Consider each of the questions and make comments in relation to your current readiness to tender. This will help you to honestly assess your level of preparedness and to create a detailed plan for those actions you will need to take in order to be ready to respond to tender opportunities.
