Overview

Grants of £1,000 are available for environmental and community belonging projects, inspiring people across the UK to get together and create positive change for the causes they care most about.

The Together Fund forms part of Virgin Media O2’s support for the Together coalition which aims to bring people together to help build a kinder, closer and more connected society.

The fund will concentrate support to project and initiatives that aim to either:

Reduce loneliness and isolation and promote a sense of community belonging, or
Inspire positive action to enhance and protect nature and the local environment

With Virgin Media O2’s role as a digital connectivity provider in mind, the fund will also place an emphasis on supercharging charities that use digital technology to support the delivery of their projects or activities.

Wherever possible, funding will be made available in time for the Together Coalition’s national #ThankYouDay, which takes place on Sunday 4th July 2021.
