SHS Group Ltd was established in 1975 and is privately owned, employing over 700 people across the British Isles with a turnover in 2007 of £400.1 million making a profit of £1.4m in the process.

In 2011 they were listed in 50th place in the Belfast Telegraph's top 100 companies employing 857 people and with a turnover of £415.8 million and a pre tax profit of £19 million.

The Group provides a strong financial base and central resources for ten successful businesses operating in four distinct areas of Sales & Marketing; Brand Ownership/Development; Corporate Services; Manufacturing.

The Company is one of Northern Ireland's most profitable companies and although its operations are mostly based in England the headquarters are strongly positioned in Northern Ireland.

They were ranked 46 in the Top Northern Ireland Companies list according to the Belfast Telegraph in 2009.
