- Embroideries
There is no date limit to the object(s) being applied for and special consideration may be given to objects of specific antiquarian interest.
How much can you apply for?
Grants are between £500 and £5,000.
What other conditions are there?
- A professional established textile conservator must be engaged to direct the work.
- The work must be completed within one year of receipt of the grant.
- Completion of the work must be certified by an appropriate professional.
- They will require a report at the end of the project which may go to the trustees of the James and Lucilla Joll Charitable Trust and which may also be shared with the Society’s auditors as well as Fellows of the Society and a wider public in order to promote the Society’s work
