  • Neighbourhood Renewal programme - this funding is only available to groups in the Neighbourhood Renewal Area, The Glens Estate, Hospital Lane Estate, Coolessan Estate, Josephine Avenue and Roe Mill Road in Limavady. This funding is based around four objectives, community renewal, social renewal, physical renewal and economic renewal. The programme is available until March 2015. There is no closing dates. Parties interested in funding through Neighbourhood Renewal need to get involved with one of the sub groups as all proposals for projects go through this and then through the Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership Board. For more information contact Ursuala Coll at ursula.col@limavady.gov.uk or on 02877760304.
  • Community Groups must have a constitution, be non political and non sectarian and the committee must have been elected at a publicly advertised Annual General Meeting. They must be locally based voluntary groups who are providing a range of services to a wide range of ages within their own community.

The funding is retrospective, so community groups must spend and then claim the funding from Council.
