  • Each year they choose a lead charity as the main focus of their fundraising, though they also support local good causes nominated by their store colleagues.
  • They seek to support charities their people, customers and suppliers can relate to, and where they can make a big difference by raising public awareness as well as money.
  • All their 21,000 employees also have the opportunity to participate in voluntary charitable activities during working hours without loss of pay.
