Overview
Clubs from the Irish Premier League and potential Premier Intermediate League Clubs should submit their full costed proposals to the IFA by 30 April 2006. The maximum grant per bid will be £100k.
Each club will be required to contribute 15% of the funds. The Club Development programme is funded by government from the Soccer Strategy and other external sources.
Applications will need to develop they have:
- Strategic Evaluation based on the IFA's Facilities' Strategy
- Community Involvement - providing improved access to the community
- The ability to access funding in support of the proposal
- Financial stability
- Considered and applied equality issues - that the club is accessible to all sectors of the community,
All bids must be supported by a business plan (a template for use by clubs is available from the IFA from 10 January 2006.
