Overview

Priorities

The aim of the Fund’s bursary scheme is to support young people aged from 11 to 18 who may find it difficult to afford costs associated with developing their interest in music.

The Fund will support:

  • Equipment costs
  • Formal tuition fees
  • Any other costs associated with having the opportunity to play music and develop talent

How much is available:

Bursaries of up to £2,000 are available to support eligible costs

Who is eligible:

  • Young people aged between 11 and 18 who are interested in, or are currently playing a musical instrument
  • Young people who have limited access to opportunities – we will ask the applicant to outline their challenges in life and outline why they should be granted a bursary
