Overview

The Foundation has a wide-ranging remit from its board of trustees to provide financial grants and/or to endorse the provision of stocks of Cobra Beer Ltd to registered charities and other good causes.

Cobra Foundation is especially committed to bringing real improvement to those most in need within the communities where Cobra Beer Limited has operations (currently the UK and India). Cobra Foundation supports charities and non-charitable “good causes” that undertake work within the parameters of their charitable mission.

Financial grants

There is limited budget through which they are able to offer grants, normally capped at £2000. They prefer to distribute lower sums to a wider range of small to medium sized charities (annual turnover of less than £2 million) rather than support larger organisations which have access to other sources and well defined reserves.

If you have doubts as to eligibility, please contact them.

They do not require a standard form and it is not necessary to submit annual accounts at this stage.

They need a one page statement of The Need, how you are addressing the need and how support from Cobra Foundation will make a sustainable difference to the situation of your beneficiaries

They are prepared to recieve your promotional videos and relevant supporting literature.
