Overview

To be considered for a collaborative grant, your organisation should share the CAF mission to increase effective giving.

Your organisation could be:

  • working in the area of social investment and cultivating new funding sources for the charitable sector
  • advancing the understanding of individual and company giving, including research and advocacy
  • a grantmaker interested in collaborative work
  • a membership or umbrella group wishing to improve the effectiveness of not-for-profit members

They work with organisations wishing to build their capacity, pool their expertise, or reduce or share costs to improve standards.

They focus on offering support to your organisation with the aim of enhancing the services you provide to charities and/or donors.

CAF aim to provide a support package that includes:

  • up to £100,000 flexible funding to enhance the scope of your organisation
  • joint working with other parts of CAF for mutual benefit, unrestricted to a timeframe
  • providing room for development and attracting other funding and resources
  • consultancy support from CAF
  • consulting links with other organisations
