Overview
£1,000 draws:
- Nominations are accepted between Jan 1st 2025 – 16 Dec 2025.
- During this time anyone can nominate their favourite charity or charities for an award of £1,000 – it’s one nomination per charity, per person.
- You can nominate a registered charity, not-for-profit organisation or community interest company in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. Click here to see the full terms and conditions.
- There are six £1,000 draws in 2025, so the earlier you nominate, the more chances your charity has of being drawn.
- Once you’ve nominated, your charity will be included in all the remaining £1,000 draws in 2025.
- The more nominations a charity gets, the better their chances of being drawn, so once you’ve nominated please share with your network.
- Please note: Nominations from previous years do not roll over.

£5,000 special draws:
- These are special five day draws that support one charity sector each.
- If your favourite charity is in the £1,000 draw, you’ll need to enter them into the special draw too if they are eligible.
This nomination window is open for seven days (see timetable below).
- This special draw is open to charities whose core charitable purpose is to the theme of the funding window.
- If the charity you want to nominate has another core purpose, then it’s not eligible for the draw. You can however enter them in their main draw here.
- If you’ve already nominated a charity for a £1,000 donation in their main draw, please ensure you nominate them again using the special form to make sure they’re in the running.
- Ten winning charities will be drawn to win £5,000 each after the nomination period ends.
- Supporting your favourite charity is easy - simply fill in the short nomination form to get them into the draw to win a £5,000 grant. You can nominate a registered charity, not-for-profit organisation, or community interest company in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
- The more nominations a charity gets, the greater their chances of winning, so spread the word!
- Support all your favourite causes! You can nominate as many charities as you like - it's one nomination per charity per person.
