Operational Divisions are; Transport and Distribution, Trailer Manufacturing, Transport Services, Vehicle Sales and Distribution, Construction Equipment Sales and Rental. Subsidiary Montgomery Transport recently bought over Dukes Transport based in Portadown.

Harold Montgomery and family are one of Northern Ireland's richest families according to the Sunday Times Rich List. In 2009 they were estimated to be worth £84m.
Subsidiaries include Montgomery Transport, JE Coulter, Montracon, East-West Transport and, an acquisition in November 2002, Dukes Transport in Craigavon. The group also has a minority holding in the Dutch trailer manufacturer Pacton BV.
