Overview

How does the programme work?

For many, juggling home schooling and keeping kids entertained whilst working remotely has been a challenge whilst adjusting to life during COVID-19. In response to this, Arts & Business NI have issued a request to arts organisations, challenging them to put their creativity and problem solving abilities to work, to create a product idea which could alleviate this problem.

To facilitate this development, Arts & Business NI have designated a dedicated seed fund as part of their Investment Programme to allow arts organisations and individual practitioners to develop a range of relevant and timely resources to assist the families of business employees as they adjust to their new living and working arrangements. Think of it as a digital village fête, where their arts members provide the family entertainment to bring communities together!

They will be awarding funds of between £500 - £1,000 to a range of separate arts organisations and individual practitioners; please be aware when applying that all applicants must be able to roll out their product from early May 2020.
